Magnesium Sulphate
Magnesium sulphate (also known as magnesium sulfate) is a chemical which is used for a variety of medicinal purposes including as an anticonvulsant, a cathartic, and an electrolyte replenisher.
It is also used in the form of bath salts - Epsom Salts - where it is believed to promote perspiration and draw acidic wastes - mainly uric acid - through the pores of the skin
