Pregnenolone
Pregnenolone is a naturally occurring steroid directly metabolized from cholesterol and the precursor of of virtually all neurosteroids.
Prennenolone is sometimes taken as a dietary supplement to treat a variety of conditons including fatigue and increasing energy; Alzheimer's disease and enhancing memory; trauma and injuries; as well as stress and improving immunity.
