Halliwick Method
The Halliwick method was designed to introduce people with disabilities to the aquatic environment.
Using the principles of hydrodynamics and body mechanics, the Halliwick method comprises four phases: adjustment to water, rotations, control of movement in water, and movement in water. The Halliwick method follows a 10-point programme.
