The JobTIPS program is a multimedia employment training programme.
It offers five sections to guide the individual with autism through the process of ‘'Determining Career Interests,' 'Finding a Job,' 'Getting a Job,' 'Keeping a Job', and 'Other Job Topics' like 'Leaving a Job.'
The programme includes step-by-step instructions often paired with icons to support comprehension, embedded video models and video scenarios, video quizzes, and printable scripts, worksheets, organizational tools, and social narratives.
