Casein-Free Diet

The casein-free diet is based around elimination or reduction of casein, a protein found in dairy products such as milk, butter and yogurt.

The diet is sometimes combined with a gluten-free diet, which is designed to eliminate gluten (a protein found in cereals such as wheat, oats, rye and barley).

Some people think that the diet can lead to improvements in areas such as IQ, communication and social skills.
