Nonverbal Reading Approach
The nonverbal reading approach is a reading strategy designed for students with severe speech and physical impairments.
It is designed to provide nonverbal students with a strategy to sound out words.
It is also designed to provide a way for teachers to assess if the student can read targeted words.
